The caviar capsule
by Pakoff.
We use a recycled and recyclable food-grade PET capsule to preserve our precious caviar. The capsule was developed by Pakoff in collaboration with Veripack, a leading Italian food packaging company. The caviar is stored in this capsule under an inert gas atmosphere, a system whose effectiveness has been validated by the University of Parma, Italy, a highly respected institution in the food industry.
This innovative method guarantees a considerably extended shelf-life, while preserving the product's exceptional sensory qualities.
