Made from Baerii sturgeon, bred in Europe, notably in Spain, Baerii caviar is iodized, complex and generous. Its grains are dark gray to black and its taste is straightforward, with a dominant iodine and mineral note that gives an impression of freshness. The attack is generous, with major seafood pairings.
