PAKOFF caviar is delivered in packaging specially designed to maintain freshness. Each of our unique caviar boxes is meticulously placed on a bed of ice, then placed in a discreet, logo-free box. This allows us to guarantee an uninterrupted cold chain throughout transport, until your caviar reaches your door.

We use DHL Express courier service for our deliveries. For orders placed from Monday morning to Thursday morning, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours. All orders received from Thursday afternoon to Sunday afternoon will be shipped the following Monday.

Our delivery services currently cover the United Kingdom (excluding London), Europe (EU), the United States (USA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Within the European Union, we do not deliver to the following countries: Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and the Vatican.
